How to Join the Rottnest Voluntary Guides Association
Applications to join the RVGA as a Trainee Guide are subject to an interview process in early December and approval by the Committee.  As a
Trainee Guide you will participate in the RVGA's training course, which includes two training weekends on Rottnest Island. When you have
successfully completed the training program and the associated assessments you will be eligible to undertake guiding duties on Rottnest Island.

As a member of the Association, you can look forward to many years of enjoyable and rewarding activity in association with the "family" of some
300 existing members.

Members of the Association are required to abide by the RVGA's Rules of Association and Regulations, which may be accessed by clicking on
the preceding underlined text.
Fees and Charges
Associate Member: $30.00 to 30 June each year
Guide: $40.00 to 30 June each year
Trainee Guide: The cost of the 2021 Training Course is $425.00.
  Membership Year: 1 July to 30 June
RVGA will be holding an Information Evening for people interested in training to become a Guide.  The Information Evening will be held on Tuesday November 17th at 7pm and will be held at the Dalkeith - Nedlands Bowling Club at 55 Jutland Parade, Dalkeith.
